Saint John's Primary Junior Club - Wednesdays 3.15-4.30pm

Saint John's Primary Infant Club - Fridays at 12.45pm

Drama Adventures has run as an after-school junior club at

Saint John's Primary School in Cheltenham for three years.  We have

explored different worlds from westerns to circuses, explored folk tales about winter - and the magic of The Tempest, produced performances to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the school and created a show about hopes and fears (Hope Falls), performed at Cheltenham College. 

Drama Adventures has run a pilot Arts Award project at Saint John's School in which all children attending the club earned the Arts Award Discover certificate whilst putting together a performance about the 1969 moon-landing: Space Oddity. We are currently working on a performance piece about the great explorers Ernest Shackleton and Nellie Bly.

 

Drama Adventures now runs a lunch time club for infants at Saint John's and also runs a Saturday club at Charlton Kings, which is open to anyone between 7 and 12 years of age.

School Holiday and Seasonal Workshops

​

One-off themed Drama Adventures happen in school half terms and Christmas/Easter and Summer holidays.  These usually take place at a venue in Gloucestershire and will be advertised on this website a few weeks in advance.  For more information please email gemma@dramadventures.co.uk or call 07889 809132.
